Free includes core parcel research and CRM work. Pro adds full research results and premium tools. Pro Annual includes everything in Pro, plus market data, AGS demographics and unlimited platform-data exports. Enterprise is available for larger teams. See the pricing page.

Free also includes 5,000 imported records, 100 saved map markups and 1 GB of storage. Paid access removes those Free caps; per-file upload limits still apply. Your own uploaded data stays exportable. Platform-result export limits do not turn your uploads into premium data.
What remains available on Free#
Basic parcel identity, acreage, APN, ordinary satellite and Street View, existing acquired contacts, and CRM contacts, notes, files and activity remain available. You can save the included search rows to your CRM. Permanently retaining the entire generated dataset in chat or map layers requires Pro.
The seven-day trial#
The trial requires a card and automatically renews at the selected plan's price unless cancelled before it ends. Review the renewal date and total at checkout.
The trial includes 200 shared promotional credits, three AGS reports, up to five mail pieces using credits, 100 rows per export and 500 unique exported rows across the trial. Unused promotional trial credits expire when trial access ends; purchased credits are separate.
Market data and AGS access are included during the trial. If the trial renews onto Pro monthly, those Annual-only features stop at renewal. Select Pro Annual to keep them.
Credits and access are separate#
Owner contact lookups, uncached zoning reports and postage use credits after any included samples. AGS reports do not use credits. Direct mail and bulk skiptracing require Pro or an active trial as well as credits. Free accounts retain their individual contact samples and access to previously acquired contacts; buying credits does not unlock bulk skiptracing or mail. Buying credits does not unlock plan-gated overlays or tools.
Credit costs depend on the action. Standard owner lookups cost 1 credit, enhanced parcel lookups 3 credits, Whitepages retries 2 credits, and uncached zoning reports 3.5 credits. Review the app's quote before running paid work. Read about credits.
Seats and billing#
Prices and recurring credit allocations are per paid seat. Free collaborators retain Free access even inside an organization with paid seats. Your checkout or plan-change preview shows the total before confirmation.

Environmental data and contours#
Environmental flood and wetland measurements and their map layers are included on Free. Contour intervals of 9 ft, 15 ft and 33 ft are Free. The 3 ft and 6 ft intervals require Pro and are included with the free trial, Pro monthly and Pro Annual. Slope analysis and other detailed parcel analysis remain Pro features.
Infrastructure and research layers#
All infrastructure layers, Median Income and Opportunity Zones 2.0 are included in the 7-day trial, Pro monthly and Pro Annual. They are locked on Free. Opportunity Zones 1.0, Qualified Census Tracts, Difficult to Develop Areas, education and administrative layers remain Free. See Infrastructure and research layers.
