Welcome to Pillar#

Pillar is a site selection platform built for real estate professionals. It combines a nationwide parcel map, property intelligence, CRM tools, and direct mail outreach into a single workspace.

The left rail#

Everything in Pillar is accessed from the vertical navigation rail on the left side of the screen. Hover over it to see labels for each section. Here's what each icon does:

• Map — the interactive parcel map, your primary workspace for finding and analyzing properties
• Lists — saved collections of parcels from your map searches
• Projects — a Kanban-style pipeline for tracking deals from lead to close
• Tasks — follow-ups and to-dos assigned to your team
• Skiptraces — bulk owner contact lookups across your projects
• Letters — direct mail campaign management and order history

At the bottom of the rail you'll find:

• Alerts — notifications for task assignments, team activity, and updates
• Credits — your current credit balance (color-coded: green, yellow, or red)
• Your avatar — account settings and log out

The workspace#

All main views live inside a single workspace page. Switching between Map, Lists, and Projects happens instantly — no page reloads. The URL updates to reflect your current view so you can bookmark or share specific states.
