What to include#
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- Your organization name — so we can look up your account
- What you were trying to do — the specific action or workflow
- What happened instead — error messages, unexpected behavior, or missing data
- Screenshots — if applicable, a screenshot or screen recording helps enormously
