What to include#

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your organization name — so we can look up your account
  • What you were trying to do — the specific action or workflow
  • What happened instead — error messages, unexpected behavior, or missing data
  • Screenshots — if applicable, a screenshot or screen recording helps enormously
