Saving a Site

Save parcels to your pipeline, assign statuses, and organize with lists.

Saving a Site#

There are two ways to save properties in Pillar: saving individual parcels as projects in your CRM pipeline, and saving search results as lists for bulk operations.

Saving a single parcel to your pipeline#

When viewing a property's details panel on the map:

  1. At the top of the left sidebar, confirm the Pick save target selector is set to the workspace or folder where new projects should be saved
  2. Click the Save Parcel button in the parcel details header
  3. A dropdown appears showing your pipeline statuses (e.g., "Lead," "Reviewing," "Under Contract")
  4. Select a status — the parcel is immediately saved as a project

Once saved, the parcel appears in your Projects pipeline (the Kanban board). From the property details panel you can:

  • Change the project status at any time
  • Add labels for organization
  • View and add activity notes
  • Access the project in your CRM via View in CRM

Save Multiple#

The Save Multiple button (next to Save Parcel) opens an assemblage builder that lets you save multiple adjacent parcels together as a single project.

Saving search results to a list#

After running a bulk search, you can save all matching parcels to a list:

  1. Click Save to list at the bottom of the results sidebar
  2. Edit the list name (auto-generated from your search parameters)
  3. Click Save — up to 50,000 parcels per list

Lists are lightweight collections stored in the Lists section of the workspace. Each list shows a table with: owner, address, county, acres, sale price, zoning, contacts, and project status.

Lists vs. Projects#

  • Lists are collections of parcels for batch operations — skip tracing, exporting, or sending mail. They don't have statuses or activity history.
  • Projects are individual CRM records with a pipeline status, activity feed, contacts, labels, and deal-tracking fields like budget, close date, and purchase price.

You can promote any parcel from a list to a project. In the list detail table, use the Project column to assign a pipeline status — this creates the project automatically.

What you can do from a list#

From the list detail view:

  • Skip Trace selected parcels to find owner contact info
  • Send Mail to property owners via direct mail
  • Export CSV to download the data
  • Create a Project from selected parcels to add them to your pipeline
  • Filter by skiptraced vs. not skiptraced status
