Turn a saved recipient list into a reviewed mailing.
Access: Pro or an active seven-day trial. The seven-day trial allows up to five mail pieces using credits. Delivery, production and cancellation options depend on the order status.
Sample letter#
This preview uses Pillar’s actual personalized-letter template with fictional sender details. The recipient fields are merge placeholders: they are filled from the selected records when the letter is prepared. This sample has not been mailed and does not create an order.

What you get#
Choose recipients from a saved CRM list, select or upload a design, and review the addresses, preview and credit cost before sending. Direct mail uses credits and requires Pro or an active trial. Free users can review existing orders, but must start a trial or upgrade to create a new order.
