Managing Your Subscription

Change plans, update payment methods, view invoices, and cancel.

Managing Your Subscription#

All billing and subscription settings are on the Account page, accessible by clicking your avatar in the bottom of the left rail and selecting Account Details. Only organization Owners and Admins can manage billing.

Viewing your current plan#

The billing section shows your plan name, price per seat, number of seats, total cost, and next renewal date. Active features (including AGS demographic data and real estate market data access) are listed below.

Changing plans#

Upgrading from Monthly to Annual#

Click Upgrade to Annual. You'll see a proration preview showing:

  • Credit for unused time on your monthly plan
  • The prorated charge for the annual plan
  • Net amount due today
  • Any bonus credits granted with the upgrade

The switch takes effect immediately. AGS demographic data and real estate market data are enabled right away.

Downgrading from Annual to Monthly#

Click Schedule Downgrade. The downgrade doesn't happen immediately — your annual plan continues until the end of the paid period, then switches to monthly at renewal. You can cancel the scheduled downgrade at any time before it takes effect.

Purchasing additional credits#

In the Credits section of the Account page:

  • Price: $0.10 per credit
  • Minimum purchase: 10 credits
  • Enter a quantity, review the total, and click Buy

Credits are added to your organization balance instantly and never expire.

Updating payment methods#

Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal. From there you can:

  • Add or update credit cards
  • View and download past invoices
  • Update your billing email

Viewing invoice history#

Click View Invoice History to open your complete billing history in the Stripe portal.

Canceling your subscription#

Click Cancel Subscription to open the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation is scheduled — your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. The subscription will not renew unless you resume it before the cancellation date.

Team management#

After subscribing, the Team section appears on the Account page. Owners and Admins can:

  • Invite new members by email
  • Assign roles: Owner, Admin, or Member
  • Remove members (reduces your seat count)
  • Resend or revoke pending invitations
