Workspaces and capacity#

Access: workspace creation is included on Free; higher capacity requires Pro. Basic CRM work remains available on Free. Access belongs to the applicable seat; a paid coworker does not automatically make every collaborator paid.

Additional workspaces#

Create workspaces without upgrading. Organization membership and folder permissions still determine where you can create or edit them. Creating another workspace does not reset your plan's usage limits.

Saved projects#

Free includes thirty saved projects. Pro monthly and Pro Annual list an allowance of ten thousand sourced projects. Saving the included search results to CRM remains available on Free until its project allowance is reached.

Imported records#

Free includes five thousand imported records. Pro removes the Free import cap. Per-file upload limits still apply; removing the record cap does not bypass them.

File upload size#

Free accepts ordinary files up to twenty-five megabytes and GIS files up to one hundred megabytes. Pro monthly and Pro Annual accept files up to two gigabytes each. A larger allowance does not guarantee that every file format can be processed.

Storage capacity#

Free includes one gigabyte of storage. Pro removes the Free storage cap. This is separate from the maximum size of an individual file.

Saved map markup#

Free includes one hundred saved map markup items. Pro removes the Free markup cap. These are saved drawing and markup allowances, separate from the result-card action that keeps a generated dataset permanently.

Try it in Pillar#

1. Use your existing workspace and CRM for included Free work.
2. Review the applicable allowance when importing records, uploading files or saving map markup.
3. Upgrade for higher capacity when you need it.
