Access: Free samples, then credits. Free accounts have three included zoning-report samples. Additional uncached reports cost 3.5 credits; cached reports can be reopened without another report charge.

Complete sample zoning report#

This is Pillar’s actual zoning report interface, populated with a complete synthetic demonstration response. The standards and permissions are fictional, not rules for a real property or jurisdiction. No provider report was purchased.

The sample includes 18 permitted uses, 12 conditional uses, 14 prohibited uses and 17 development-control values. All rows are shown, including the entries after the first ten.

The PDF is a browser-print copy of the fully expanded production report. The JSON contains the entire sample response: every use, all controls, all eight use-summary flags and qualifying details, classification, jurisdiction and update metadata. It includes fields beyond the four summary flags shown in the current report UI.

Development standards#

All 17 standard and non-standard control values are included. Aliased provider-style control names are retained in this example rather than silently dropped.
